Time Space and the Universe Within

I asked this question about one of my favorite channels, Marjie Bessler.

I am interested in what other channels have to say about this Sufi idea that "you see yourself as a puny form when within you is enfolded the entire universe." 

This is also what the entities said to some of the people who flew the craft. "Where would you like to go? It is within you. Imagine it inside yourself. When you can, then we will go there." 

This also fits the idea that in RV people are going within to find the target. This truth may be the main reason for the cover-up.

Question: A member of the group asks: Is the universe enfolded within us? When we access things like The Guides, have an OBE or NDE, do we go within or outside of our physical body?
 
We are here for you in this question. And it is a bit difficult to answer because your question has everything to do with how you believe you experience this reality and what you’ve been taught. Yes, you can think of the physical body being the receptacle for the ethereal you, and yet they are not separate in that way. Since everything is connected, the physical body is part of the whole of the universe as is the ethereal that animates the body.
 
The concept of within and outside the body is not really correct. We will try to explain in a way that is understandable. You are an eternal being. You are always part of the universal. When you have an OBE or an NDE, you are just experiencing the universal in different ways. When you are experiencing the earthly through your bodily senses, you are also experiencing the universal in a different way. In fact, there are endless ways to experience the universal.
 
We speak of the eternal you as animating the body and the eternal you withdrawing upon bodily death, but the universal you also is the body. So we would say you are not going within or without, merely changing your perspective. You know that your perspective determines in large part how you experience this world. For those who are open and able, experiencing what is beyond the earthly is also possible. It is all “you.”
 
As we say, this is difficult to describe because your earthly experiences and beliefs predominate at this time. When you experience beings that are beyond the earthly, you are experiencing the universal in different forms. And you are part of them as they are part of you. For most humans this is rather incomprehensible, but as humanity continues to advance, you will gain a better understanding.
