Alice Bailey and the UFO Mystery
This is a book recommended by Dr. James Ryder. Ryder was the Lockheed Martin executive who talked to people like Jay Stratton and others about the lagacy UFO program. He stated that the US had 12 crafts, but had no success backengineering the crafts. That is why the rumor as to why Ryder agreed to move on of the crafts to Bigelow Aerospace to be worked on.
Lockheed had the problem of getting people hired into the program, and that they had no success in backengineering the craft because of the consciousness component to the craft. As James Lacatski stated there was nothing inside the craft- no control, no engine, no fuel tank.
I personally also maintain that like psychedelic experiences and near-death experiences people are only shown based on their understanding of how the Universe works. This may have been the point to the story about Dr. Jack Sarfatti who stated he had a friend who had flown the craft, but added that for a long time they could not get in the craft. The consciousn craft would not open up the door. This led to James Lacatski saying he could not say how they had “successfully gained access to its interior.” the craft they had.
This happened in a 2011 meeting in a congression facility where a Senator (not Reid) were told by James Lacatski that they had accessed a UFO. Later in an interview with the podcast Weaonized Lacatski
The story continues that Ryder said they wanted to offload the craft because of the lack of progress being made and the very high cost of keeping the craft secure and out of the keys of the public.
Dr. Eric Davis hints that he talked to Ryder in some of his interviews. He too mentions the dozen crafts and has long maintained that the back-engineering program was shut down in 1989, which was the same year as the Lazar S-4 claims.
In a lecture just before his death Lacatski talked about Alice Bailey’s A Treatise on Cosmic Fire. Its central idea is that the universe is a living, evolving expression of consciousness, with matter, mind, and spirit representing interconnected aspects of one underlying life. Bailey presents an esoteric cosmology—a spiritual account of how reality operates. Lucis Trust Store • Lucis Trust
Ryder was very excited about the book which talks about the book which extensively talks about NHI.
In A Treatise on Cosmic Fire, humanity belongs to a universe populated by many orders of intelligence. “NHI” is a modern comparison, but it broadly fits several categories Bailey describes. Her framework includes spiritual beings, intelligences associated with other planetary systems, and vast entities whose bodies encompass worlds.
Devas and “Builders.” Bailey describes nonhuman beings involved in creating and maintaining the forms of nature. She distinguishes conscious, directing Builders from lesser beings that work automatically or without individual self-consciousness. In her system, matter itself involves living agencies; these beings participate in the operation of nature. Libri Online • Lucis Trust
Solar Angels. These are advanced intelligences connected with the emergence and development of human self-consciousness. Bailey assigns them a role in building and vitalizing the soul’s vehicle, or “egoic body.” This is especially relevant to your interest in intelligences that might teach or assist humanity: her account makes other beings integral to the development of our minds. Beings connected with Venus. The text discusses great entities whose arrival helped bring about a decisive development in human consciousness and established an occult hierarchy on Earth. However, Bailey’s terminology requires care: she distinguishes the physical planet, a planetary “scheme,” and its “chains” and “globes.” She explicitly qualifies the Venus connection, so reducing this to visitors from the visible surface of Venus would oversimplify her account. Planetary and solar intelligences. Her “Heavenly Men,” or planetary Logoi, are enormous conscious entities whose manifestations include planetary systems and their inhabitants. A solar Logos operates at a still greater scale. These beings also evolve: Bailey describes Earth’s planetary intelligence as having attained a different stage of development from its Venusian counterpart. Online Books • Lucis Trust
Sirius and the Pleiades. These appear as sources or centers of influence within her cosmic account of mind and spiritual evolution. She also associates a particular group of devas with Sirius. These passages describe esoteric relationships between consciousness, energy, and cosmic beings, rather than detailed accounts of biological civilizations and spacecraft.
The book organizes this account around three “fires.” Fire here means an underlying energy or principle, extending beyond literal flame:
| Fire | Meaning in Bailey’s system |
|---|---|
| Fire by friction | The energy within matter that sustains activity and physical forms. |
| Solar fire | The fire of mind and consciousness, linking material existence with spiritual life. |
| Electric fire | The fire of spirit: the deepest divine life and purpose. |
These three energies operate together throughout existence. Lucis Trust Store • Lucis Trust
Consciousness is the bridge between spirit and matter. Much of the book explores how awareness develops through their relationship. Spiritual evolution involves an expansion beyond a narrowly personal identity toward participation in a greater life. Bailey explicitly describes the work as primarily concerned with mind, consciousness, and “higher psychology.” Online Books • Lucis Trust
Another major theme is the correspondence between the small and the large. The human being and the solar system express related patterns at different scales. Bailey describes energy centers, subtle or etheric bodies, and hierarchies of sentient beings involved in forming and sustaining the visible universe. In this framework, intelligence and life extend far beyond human beings. Lucis Trust Store • Lucis Trust
The spiritual goal is the eventual union of the three fires. As the energies of the personality, higher mind, and spirit become integrated, consciousness reaches a more complete state. The book describes this culmination as liberation from confinement to material form, while retaining identity. Libros Online • Lucis Trust
Put into everyday language, Bailey’s message is: we are expressions of a much larger living reality, gradually becoming conscious of what we belong to. The book offers a detailed metaphysical framework for that process; its claims should be understood as esoteric teachings rather than established findings of physics.
